How Can anxiety Disorder Along With Acid Reflux Be Treated?
I have anxiety and I believe I am allergic to gluten. I have acid reflux and take omeprazole daily but yesterday and today experienced two different occasions of acid reflux that tasted like mint/menthol. I have never experienced this before so it startled me. Both times happened right after I took my daily vitamins which I started that regimen a couple days ago as my husband and I are trying to be healthier(multivitamin, fish oil, and a probiotic). I am just curious as to what it could be from.....acid reflux? Vitamin coating? Stress? Anxiety?
I went through your details. Usually acid reflex problems are part of anxiety disorder and stress disorder. this happens when the body shuts down the digestion mechanism because it needs to concentrate more on the ensuing threatening situation (Stress or anxiety, created by your mind). Treating anxiety and managing anxiety should clear the acid reflex problem too.
